Food Safety Officer

Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Food Safety Officer to ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines. The Food Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining food safety standards across all departments.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement food safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential food safety hazards
- Train staff on proper food handling and storage procedures
- Investigate and report any incidents of food contamination or safety violations
- Stay up-to-date on all food safety regulations and make recommendations for compliance

Candidate Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HACCP
- Minimum Level 3 Food Safety Certification
- Sound understanding of food safety regulations and QHSE standards 

-Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a catering company
